Autumn Stroup

Autumn Stroup is an attorney and veteran policy strategist with 15 years of experience advancing winning policy at the state and national levels. She brings her vast policy experience and political savvy to bear not just to achieve a passing political win, but to create generational policy change.

She formerly served as Senior Vice President of Strategy at a national family-centered nonprofit where she built and led what became the organization’s largest team from the ground up. Her team collaborated with state and national allies to advance or defeat legislation that directly impacts families; micro-targeted key voters in critical elections; equipped the grassroots to engage on policy and political issues that matter to families; and trained and supported elected leaders who advocate for families in the mission field of public office. Autumn and her team drafted original legislation, shepherded those bills through the process in the states and at the federal level with a strong coalition, and built a national grassroots and public relations campaign around them. Much of that legislation is now in place in half or more of the states and upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Autumn is also a media veteran with experience in television, radio, and written communications. She designed a highly successful media training program as part of an academy for state legislators.

Autumn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a J.D. from Regent University School of Law, and she is licensed to practice law in Virginia.

When she is not helping clients achieve policy victories, she is busy chasing her three young daughters and golden retriever up mountains with her husband in Colorado.
